What GooDu is, and what it does not do

GooDu is an automated index of publicly reachable storefronts. It describes what can be observed from the outside — whether a site responds, what its pages state, and when we first recorded it — and it hands the visitor off to the site itself. It does not sell anything, it takes no part in any transaction, and it makes no assessment of any site it lists.

1. What is indexed

Only pages that are publicly reachable, and only facts that can be re-checked:

• whether our own probe reached the site, and when it last did;
• facts stated on the site's own pages — for example whether a page states automatic delivery, and which payment channels were observed;
• domain registration facts from RDAP/WHOIS, when available;
• when GooDu first recorded the site — our record of first observation, not the age of the site.

Names, headings, slogans and promotional claims written by a site are not carried on listing pages. A site's own description is its content; the domain is the fact. Listing pages show the fact.

2. What this service does not do

• No transaction. GooDu offers no purchase entry point, no cart, no checkout, no payment, and no delivery.
• No guarantee. We give no guarantee for the goods, services, conduct or fulfilment of any indexed site.
• No rating. We do not compute, publish or imply a score, rating, ranking of quality, or recommendation for any indexed site.
• No paid placement. No advertiser, sponsor or paying site can move an entry. Manual action can only remove an entry — see How results are ordered.

3. Disclaimer

Search results on this site are generated by automated programs indexing publicly available information. They are not, and do not reflect, any opinion or claim of this site, nor do they indicate that this site agrees with, supports or endorses any content, claim or position of the indexed sites. GooDu takes part in no transaction, offers no purchase entry point, and gives no guarantee for the goods, services or fulfilment of any site. All metrics shown are publicly observable facts collected automatically (HTTP response status, public page features, domain registration data) and may be delayed or inaccurate. They are for reference only.

The paragraph above is the full disclaimer, kept here in one piece. The search pages carry only a one-line link to this page, because a wall of legal text next to the search box competes with the box itself — and a notice nobody reads protects nobody. Moving it here changes where it is shown, not what we are obliged to say: the statutory warning about account trading (《反电信网络诈骗法》第三十条) still appears on every result page.

4. Reporting and rights notices

Suspected fraud, rights notices and takedown requests are handled on a separate page — see Rights notices & reporting. Notices may also be sent to [email protected].
